Not in January, please!

Since I restarted my farm blog sharing new chapters in our lives, we have had two baby goats born.  This really emphasizes the need to move the males to their own spot so we can have babies in March and April when the weather is more accommodating.  At least llama babies are born mid day!  Goats can be any time of the day!  Since I have been checking the water tanks, I have been able to find the babies with their moms so that is a good thing! Goat stats to date:  each billy goat is a dad, one new mom, one last year mom (experienced now); 1 female, 1 male.  Hope that’s all for January – but highly unlikely!!
